If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found your way to Pattee Hill Farmstand. We have many new subscribers here as of late so allow me to introduce myself!
My name is Courtley, and I’m a gluten-free baker located in the little town of Alexandria, New Hampshire.
After working professionally in the bakery industry for over 10 years, my life—and baking—took a turn when my son was diagnosed with Celiac disease, followed shortly by my own diagnosis. Suddenly, the treats I had spent years perfecting were no longer safe for my family.
I was determined to change that.
I began experimenting in my kitchen, reworking familiar recipes so my son could enjoy the same cookies, cakes, and pastries I had always loved making—without feeling left out or different. After a bit of convincing from my husband, Pattee Hill Farmstand was born.
What started as a small roadside stand has since grown beyond anything I imagined—expanding across platforms, markets, and now into a thriving business. I am endlessly thankful for every single customer who has supported us along the way. Truly, none of this would be possible without you.
As we continue to grow, I’m excited to take Pattee Hill Farmstand further into the digital space. Starting in February, I’ll be sharing FREE gluten-free recipes twice a month right here through this newsletter, in addition to all the updates, announcements, and behind-the-scenes peeks you already receive.
